At BrenzoAI, we aim to provide exceptional AI automation services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

1. No Refund for Setup Fees

Due to the nature of our services, which involve customized setup, configuration, and integration of AI systems, all setup fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.

Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where:

  • BrenzoAI fails to deliver the core functionalities outlined in the service agreement within the specified timeline, and no viable resolution is provided.
  • A technical error on our payments platform results in a duplicate charge.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 14 days of the incident.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend all services and pursue recovery of disputed funds and associated fees.
